The Aim
The former Airbus Amenities Building in Broughton required complete demolition, including the safe identification and removal of asbestos, redundant services, accumulated contents and existing building materials.
The Solution
Moorcroft managed direct labour and subcontractors through asbestos surveying and removal, service isolation, a full soft strip and demolition, followed by recycling and site remediation.
The Outcome
Demolished materials were recycled and reused to fill basement areas before the site was sealed with a membrane, topped with soil and reseeded.
